The house is located in Lusaka
West, Zambia. This area is mainly farm land and a great location to build a
family house away from the buzzing city of Lusaka. It is mainly designed using
modern features, such as flat roofs, wide openings as desired by the client.

The house is comprised of five
contained bedrooms, a library on the ground floor, and a prayer room opposite
the library. The ground floor also accommodates an open kitchen with a dining
area and TV zone on either sides.
The first floor is connected to
the ground floor by a curved stair way. Upon landing, there is a lounge area
that leads to the balcony. To your left we have the master bedroom and to your
right we have the children bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own balcony, a walk-in closet, kitchenette and bathroom.
